Protecting your Energy

What is the significance of protecting your energy?

Have you ever been in an energetical space, and felt the heaviness? Felt overwhelmed, and losing control?

That is a sign of the body and soul not being in alignment. As we progress through life, we need to continuously grow, become in tune with ourselves, and become more aware of our circumstances.

What can you do to protect your energy?

Find peace within yourself. Take the time to self-reflect and adjust, as necessary. Outside forces will always try to intervene and redirect your focus on the negative aspects of life.

Rise above the drama; Rise above the chaos

Reconnect with nature; Reconnect with yourself

Find your balance within…

Learn to distance yourself from the negative energy around, whether physically, emotionally, or spiritually. In a physical environment, create space, some form of distance between yourself and ‘energy vampires’. Emotionally and spiritually, feed your soul with positivity, constantly. When another person’s energy becomes stifling, remove yourself from the space.

Control what is in your control. Focus on the positive aspects of your life. Focus on love, for thyself, first. Become centred. Become grounded in your purpose. Become grounded in your life’s goal. Set boundaries, limits, and expectations for others. Let your ‘No’ means no, and your ‘Yes’ means yes. Protect your energetic forces.

Do whatever it takes, to schedule time to reflect on your life choices, your life goals, and stay away from energy snatchers and energy blockers.

Find your balance within…
