Are You Intimidated By Your Woman’s Success?
In a recent conversation with a male friend, a very ‘refreshing conversation’. We proceeded to talk about men being intimidated by successful women.
For years it has been said that men are intimidated by successful women and would rather date someone who they deemed ‘on their level’. I’m not sure how the concept started but I remember feeling this way years ago, and it was quite puzzling. It seemed there was only 2 options for women.
1. Play dumb
2. Become educated
I never understood the rationale behind it.
Generally, women know the difference between ‘the one who’s there to build’ vs ‘the one who’s not’. Whether we act upon it immediately or not, that’s another story.
This conversation was really refreshing as it debunked the ‘myth’ that men are initiated by their woman’s success (whether they ‘believe’ it or not).
Everyone should strive to find that partner that lower their walls, but in return they have to be worthy…
It truly has been one of those weeks, but in understanding the importance of balancing your masculinity and femininity, we have to take time to relax.
Learning to balance the energies will allow you to connect with yourself and others effortlessly.
Become more in tuned with yourself.
As for me, I love embracing my femininity. I love the warmth that I feel within. Every time I get the chance to experience that feminine feeling, I get lost in it. I welcome any chance I get to take off my heels, and let my hair down.
